This project involved consolidating the district’s Elementary and High Schools into a single K–12 campus. It includes a 20,000-square-foot addition to the existing high school, featuring new high school classrooms, a gymnasium, fitness center, wrestling room, and outdoor athletic spaces. The classrooms are designed with state-of-the-art science, career, and technical education spaces. Additionally, 12,000 square feet of an existing wing of the high school will be completely renovated to accommodate elementary classrooms and support spaces, allowing for a seamless transition of the elementary program into the building.
This consolidation not only eliminates deferred maintenance but also delivers long-term operational and staffing efficiencies through shared resources and reduced facility costs.
